Surviving CEDU tells the story of a half-dozen teenagers who were each sent to the CEDU School, variously described to them as a standard boarding school, a wilderness adventure school, or a therapeutic learning environment in the Western mountains of the United States.

My name is Kari Bunn. I went to the troubled teen industry school called CEDU in Running Springs, CA from April 1994–June 1996.

Over 15 years ago Liam Scheff started making Surviving CEDU. Its clips only live here on YouTube. But he interviewed me and many other people for that unfinished documentary.

Three years ago I started my own documentary in honor of his legacy.

I am public about my work so those of us who want to feel seen can find me. The world is waking up to this.
